REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you would like a replacement you must return the product up to 30 days from the dispatch date (1 working day unless stated through communication with the customer). The cost to return an item is at the customer’s expense. Proof of purchase is required before any refund is considered.

In the case of an item being damaged or defective, we can issue refund when provided with enough information that your item is indeed in a damaged state.

All refund communication will be through the email below, if returned without prior communication, it is possible a refund or replacement may not be possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 workings days – please note that our payment processor or your card issuer may also hold the payment for longer.

If currency conversions are to take place, please leave extra time for these to take place.

If refunds do not occur within 21 days of the confirmation of refund, and you have checked with your bank to confirm payments are not being held with them, then please contact us at info@whizzwizard.com

If you would like a replacement or refund, and your item meets to specified criteria, please email info@whizzwizard.com stating your order number, full address, email address and reason for returning.
